When I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, I turned to restrictive diets and online advice, hoping something would finally help. Nothing did.
Everything changed when I earned my Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I finally understood how the body’s systems work together—and why there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness.
Now, I help women cut through the noise with personalized, evidence-based nutrition and simple habits that support real, lasting change.

Step 1: Discovery Call
In this free 20-min call, we’ll briefly discuss your health goals, I’ll walk you through my coaching process, and together we’ll decide if we’re a good fit to work together.

Step 2: Initial Consultation
Once you're ready to begin, we’ll schedule your first session. You’ll complete a detailed intake form beforehand, and during our 60-min session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health history, symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle.

Step 3: Choose Your Package
Through 6–12+ follow-up sessions, we’ll build your wellness foundation brick-by-brick. I use a personalized, root-cause approach—no cookie-cutter plans—focusing on sustainable habit change through investigative work, thoughtful interventions, and steady implementation.
